For many owners, pricing is the most difficult element of listing creation. Hostess leverages a combination of pricing algorithms and a competitive market analysis as the basis for our pricing recommendations. We also review your local competitors' terms, policies, fees, deposits, minimum stays, discounts, and pricing details. We review local and regional market data to help strike a balance that suits your goals and will monitor your pricing continuously.

Dynamic Daily Pricing
Calendars
Hostess will keep track of frequent problems and maintain checklists to assign additional tasks and solve problems in real-time. We act as the owner's payment agent, handling all interaction with Service Providers (cleaners & maintenance). Although, control over key decisions remains solely with you.
Restocking
Hostess creates a custom restocking plan for you. Items that need restocking/replacing include bathroom amenities, batteries, and kitchen consumables. Hostess also manages restocking by regularly monitoring inventory levels with our trusted Service Providers. Towels, Linen & Paper products are provided by Hostess.
Photography
Hostess works closely with you to ensure that you are presenting your property in its best light. We can advise on the approach to get great results and recommend professionals to help. We know what works!
All Guest Communication
Unlike larger property management firms, Hostess provides guests with personalized, prompt, and friendly communication. This includes check-in instructions, location information, and local recommendations. Our goal is to make sure guests feel welcome, supported, and informed during their stay.
Hostess will work closely with Service Providers. The compensation for their services will be set at a per-job or hourly rate. We schedule and dispatch cleaners and maintenance.
We schedule proactive maintenance check-ins to avoid guest problems, large maintenance bills, and potentially damaging reviews.
